A Valentine’s Day Weekend for Couples

This is an experiential workshop designed to provide participants with some basic tantric
practices encompassing both the heart and passion of spirit and sexuality. These
practices will focus on making a connection with self and others through exercises that
will enhance awareness, intimacy, sensuality and fun! Together, you will learn:

• Deeper emotional and sexual intimacy
• Compassionate listening and verbal communication
• Explore sexual fears and beliefs of sexuality
• Visualization and centering techniques
• Greater understanding of connection between spirituality & sexuality
• Tantric practices through breathwork, energy and body movement
• Create sacred space that can enhance the spiritual nature of relationship with
self and partner

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists
(AASECT) and is approved for 12 CE credits.
These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

Social Workers LCSW, Mental Health Counselors LMHC, Marriage & Family Therapist LMFT.
