Well, the country of Slovenia wins the award for having the most sexually liberal outdoor advertising laws. Recently, giant billboards of perfectly soaped up women's breasts were erected, and have been turning heads and causing men to stare ever since.
However, the billboards aren't advertising breast enlargements or even shower gel.... the billboards are part of the advertising campaign for the 28th Biennial of Graphic Arts in Ljubljana. A celebration of graphic art. Kudos on such an attention getting promotion!
